Rewilding Britain is a charity that works with local communities, landowners, businesses, statutory bodies and relevant experts to bring about rewilding in areas of the UK where it makes ecological and economic sense to do so.  Its aim is for at least one million hectares of land in England, Scotland and Wales to be rewilded.

It helps projects already set up by other organisations through funding, sharing knowledge and promotion, as well as helping to get new projects off the ground.  The intent is for the UK to tackle climate change by reversing biodiversity loss, restoring ecosystems, making people passionate about the natural world, revitalising local economies in an ecologically sound way, and reintroducing lost animal species.
