World Land Trust is an international conservation charity that acts to protect endangered habitats by funding local partner organisations in the areas that need the most help. To date the charity has ensured the survival of more than 350,000 acres of habitats in Asia, Central and South America and the UK, from Kites Hill in the Cotswolds to the Beni Savanna in Bolivia.
Individuals and organisations can donate to the WLT in order to offset their emissions, purchase land and plant trees, or to fund the employment of forest rangers and species conservation projects. Recent work includes funding reforestation in an area of Vietnam blighted by the knock-on effects of the war with the US.
