How about sustainable food and drink, delivered to your door carbon-neutrally, that also saves you money?

Membership service Good Club offers organic, vegan, sustainable and plastic-free groceries at wholesale prices, with zero-carbon-footprint home delivery.  The company sources more than 4,000 product lines (including household products), and can attach lower prices than many other retailers by selling to customers direct, online-only, with a wholesale model created by it buying in bulk through customers’ collective orders.  It claims customers can save up to £900 a year by using Good Club instead of their regular grocery and general merchandise retailers.

The free monthly deliveries are more efficient than more frequent trips to the shops or weekly deliveries, and are made via DPD, which has pledged to replace more than 500 of its vehicles with electric versions and in the meantime offsets its emissions through accredited schemes.  (Extra deliveries cost £6.99).

It costs £50 annually to be a member of Good Club, with the service offering reminders for when items need to be reordered to further take the hassle out of managing the household shopping list.
